Refunds for In-App Purchases
- Apple App Store Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as GREC:Recorder does not have the authority to issue refunds for these transactions. You can request a refund by following Apple’s official guidelines:

- Google Play Store Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play. Please refer to Google’s refund policies:

Refunds for Web Purchases
If you made a purchase on our website, refund requests must be sent to our support team at
[email protected]. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
History Unlocks (Consumables)
Important: History Unlocks are non-refundable. As consumable items, they cannot be refunded once purchased. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
Subscription Management
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Make sure to adjust your subscription settings in a timely manner to avoid unintended charges.
